Customers must allow us seven (7) days to respond to their refund request before initiating a dispute with their card provider. Failure to adhere to these steps will result in the automatic voiding/forfeiture of the right to a refund, and no refund will be granted. Data Usage: By providing any information to our website, including but not limited to email, name, and phone number, you agree that we may store, use, and sell such data as necessary for the operation of our business. Marketing Communication: By accepting these Terms, you consent to receive marketing material, newsletters, and other promotional communications from us. By using products purchased from Project Constitution, including but not limited to the trifold and cop cards, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project Constitution and its associates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your use of the products. You further agree not to sue Project Constitution or its associates for any issues or consequences arising from the use of our products. You acknowledge that you assume all legal responsibility for the use of our products and understand that neither the trifold nor the cop card is a guarantee of any legal outcome. Project Constitution provides the trifold and cop cards as informational guides to inform users of their rights, but we make no claims or guarantees regarding their efficacy.
